1-Day Replacement Policy
- Eligible cases: Wrong item received, defective/damaged item (must be verified via unboxing video).
- Non-eligible cases: Size issues, quality concerns, personal preferences, or washed/damaged items by customers.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.
- Replacement requests must be made within 1 day of delivery.
6-Month Free Replacement Policy
- Customers can request a one-time free replacement by sharing an unboxing video.
- A ₹100 shipping & handling fee must be prepaid.
